THE THANG: Start at 1st 1/4 mile post, YHC called 20 x SSH, proceed to 2nd 1/4 mile post, FMB called 20 x merkins, went back to 1st post, YHC called 20 x SSH, ran to 3rd 1/4 post, doing 3 x burpees when passing 2nd 1/4 post, Puddin’ called 20 x BBS, ran back to 2nd 1/4 post, FMB called 20 x merkins, and we continued lead frogging the 1/4’s until endex. Babyface said we were like Vin Diesel. Living life one 1/4 mile at a time.
