THE THANG: Back to school week so perfect time for the Billy Madison. Start with First Grade, do exercise and 12 reps…lap. First Grade, the 2nd grade…lap…and so on…try to graduate and make it through 12th grade..

3rd – BBS
4th – Monkey Humpers
5 – Merkins
6 – Gas Pumpers
7 – Squat Jumps
8 – Carolina Dry Docks

11 – Leg Raises
12 – SSHs

Time ran out so no one finished. I believe Misty made it to the 10th grade even after some shenanigans with a frog!

COT: great time this morning at the Muthaship. Good to have Legionnaire back and Dixie chick with a visit back since before Covid. Good to have Lunch Bag out for his first Kodiak visit, even brought a lunch bag to the beatdown…Dory as happy and nice as ever, and Misty still getting acclimated to the humid mornings after spending much of his summer in the cooler climates of Europe…just an all around great morning and way to start the week.
