WARMUP: Mosey to the front of the school, circled up in from the American Flag and did the following:
1. Imperial Walkers – 10 in cadence
2. Weed Pickers – 10 in cadence, low and slow
3. Good mornings – 10 ic
4. Michael Phelps and Sun gods OYO

THE THANG: #1 – 4 separate Markers were 3 light poles and last was the island and the far end of the parking lot loop.
Round #1 – Run to the 1st light pole then 5 HR merkins. Run back to start then to 2nd lp, 10 HR merkins. 3rd lp – 15 & 4th, the far end, 20 HR merkins
Round #2 – same idea but with 10/20/30/40 Squats

Thang #2 – mosey to back of the school and met at the circle/turnaround – 10 merkins/10 BBs/10 Monkey Humper – LAP, then 9/9/9 lap…all the way to 0. Misty lapped everyone and was 2 or 3 ahead of the field, so when he finished, we moseyed to the flag and finished up with …

Thang #3 – 11’s with Dips and Incline merkins. We got a few rounds in before meeting at the flag right at 0615.
