WARMUP: Normal warm-o-rama behind the school
THE THANG: Setup 4 stations each with a exercises targeting a core muscle group. PAX would perform exercises (rinse and repeat when possible) at each station for 2 mins. When the buzzer went off, rotate to the next station. After a full round, we ran the parking lot. We got in two full sets!

Well, Legionnaire was on a roll this morning. Couldn’t shut him up about the idea we would be exercising near where a car may or may not pass. He was certain one of us was going to end up as a pancake in the Creekview bus lanes by those lunatic construction workers ! To his credit, a Creekview golf cart passed somewhat near us driven by a coach!
