WARMUP:
Mosey around the parking lot and down the hill and then back up to the flag. Circled up for:

15x SSHs
10x Weed Pickers
10x Imperial Walkers
Sumo Squat hold – 30 seconds
5x Bent Leg Body Twist

THE THANG:

The Kettlebell Games
Game 1 – Bunny Hop Sprint Warm-up
PAX lined up facing the end of the parking lot in 2 groups. They competed by running up to the bell, grabbing it, and doing a bunny hop as far forward as they could and then run back to tag the next PAX. PAX continued this routine until 1 team made it to the line at the far side of the parking lot

Game 2 – The Kettlebell Plank Race
PAX lined up the kettlebells next to one another in a line. 2 PAX competed to race down the line doing a plank walk and touching each bell with their left and right hands. Winner chose a 5x rep exercise for the losing team.

This routine was repeated 2x times spacing the bells further out with each round.

Game 3 – The Kettlebell Burpee Relay
PAX lined up facing each other by the flag. On start, the PAX at the end performed a man-maker and then passed the bell to their right and ran to the end of the line. PAX rinsed and repeated while competing against the other team to the far end of the parking lot.

Rinsed and repeated this routine to work back to the flag.

Took a lap around the parking lot and back to the flag. Circled up for Mary

MARY:
Popcorn style routine until we ran out of time.
