We had a small but mighty group where the mumblechatter may have outshined the beatdown. It’s these instances where you are reminded it’s not the number of PAX that are there but the bond that is made.
We all took a stroll down to the field and placed a pack of F3 workout cards on one side of the field and the PAX set up on the opposite side. One pax sprinted down and grabbed one card. When they brought it back they rolled a dice. All other PAX had to do the exercise on the card and do 5x the dice roll for reps. The sprinter caught their breath until all pax where done with reps. Once the runner started back down the field the other pax would hold an exercise until they returned. Each sprinter would get 5 cards before the round was over.
The final few minutes we did a ring of fire with core exercise cards in the middle of a circle. Each pax took turns leading whatever exercise they drew.
We ended with Woodshed for the COT. Props te P-body for his hard work and leadership at such a young age. Prayers for Holywood as he works to figure out the next steps in life.
