Mostly arms and a lot of balls to the wall… Narco beat Trill in balls to the wall, the last couple of years of Narco doing Carolina dry docks when he was supposed to be doing merkins has really jacked up his shoulders.
What do you think the man of 7 kids had us do? OF course man makers with the cinders and then complained our blocks weren’t big enough. 11’s routine, 10 man makers then block carry, 1 block hump and so on. We got down to 6 man makers and 5 humpers before having to highjack his Q, drop off the blocks and mosey back to flag for time sake but not before 10 penalty burpees for not completing full man maker 11’s routine.
