WARMUP: Mosey to M. School for warmup and core principals then SSH, IW, CHS, Weed Pickers, Sun gods.

THE THANG: 05:30 start.  Mosey to planters hill for 11’s with Burpees and
Incline Merkins.  Mosey to Middle School for Dora’s with (1’s) with 200 yard run and (2’s) with Shoulder Tapps, Smurf Jacks, Dipps and Plank Jacks alternating.
Mosey to flag area for Q and A on contacting 911 and Emergency Contact.  All Pax cell phones were all able to simulate 911 call within 60 seconds and Emergency Contact within 15 seconds after man down simulation.  Finished with Tug of War and very little blood was drawn.
