Mosey from the flag around the stage, to the upper parking lot above the amphitheater steps.

Warm-up: Side Straddle Hops, Weed Pickers, Mumble from Sub about what he ate for dinner (tacos).

Mosey back to the stage for the THANG

THE THANG: 11s

At the stage, start with one rep of the following exercises:

  1. Burpees
  2. American Hammers
  3. Big Boy Sit-ups
  4. Mountain Climbers

Run to top of stairs for the other side of the 11s. Do 10 reps of:

  1. Merkins
  2. Dips
  3. LBCs
  4. Squats

Run back down to front of stage and do two reps of the first group of exercise.

Run back up to top of steps and do 9 reps of each of the second group.

Repeat until you’ve done them all (1+10, 2+9, 3+8, 4+7, etc.)

0545: Stop work and back to the flag. Count-a-rama, Name-a-rama, 6th Man, Announcements, Prayer Request.
