Stop in the name of love:  started with ladder carry around the slab, dips and pull ups as a warm up.  Then mosey to each stop sign in neighborhood and did a minute of selection of exercises (SSH,merkins,dry docks,freddie mercury, burpee, etc) .  Four way stop, meant four exercises. Since we are striving to be better men, on the return trip each Pax shared on ways they were grateful for the females in their life (M, mother, sister) and committed to “stop” in our busy lives and let them know what we are grateful for.
