WARMUP: The usual. Holy Trinity, Sun Gods
THE THANG: A glorious sandwich. 20 weighted thrusters, 20 Merkins x 5. Bear crawl to other side, lunge walk and burpee back (3 times). We followed this up with another round of 20 weighted thrusters and 20 Merkins….5 more times. Sweat and complaints were plentiful but all PAX made it through unscathed. Everyone agreed that it was fantastic and @steeplechase begged for more but we ran out of time
