WARMUP: quick mosey and stretch
THE THANG: Run to back of Hampton Station neighborhood. At each turn to SSH & air press. Increment by 20 at each turn. There were 4 turns and turn around so we did 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100. Decreased counts at each turn on way back. All told we did 300 of each and ran 3.2 miles.
