Squat n’ Ruck
Today was P-body’s first rucking Q. we started of with a small loop back to the flag to make sure we didn’t leave anyone behind.
After that we rucked over to the Ace Hardware store. All the way from there to the Canton mill we did a rifle carry with our rucks, and it HURT. Once we got to the mill, we did the following exercises.
10 Squat Thrusters (with the ruck)
20 Curls (with the ruck)
10 Weed Pickers (without the ruck)
After that we headed out of the mill area and rucked up a long hill back to the flag.
P-body shared as six-man then we prayed for all prayer requests.
