YHC had plans to start the modified Quarter Pounder by using a 35lb. plate to be pulled and then pushed. FAIL after about five push and pulls.
Okay scrap the pull / push idea. Do bear crawls instead and then run to light post 1.
25- Merkins- Run back to start, bear crawl, run to light post 2
Light Post- 2
50- Squats- Run back to start, bear crawl, run to light post 3
Light Post- 3
75- Mtn Climbers- Run back to start, bear crawl, run to light post 4
Light Post- 4
100- SSH- Run back to start, bear crawl, run to light post 1
Repeat in Reverse order.
A few may have completed 3 rounds. All PAX proceeded to the bottom of the hill to complete a last round of 100 SSH and back pedal back to the start.
