Complete weighted Squats, Big Boy Sit-ups, and weighted ground to overheads combined in a descending rep count ladder for a total of 300 reps. Finish this challenge as quickly as you can.
Round 1: 40 reps per exercise
Round 2: 30 reps per exercise
Round 3: 20 reps per exercise
Round 4: 10 reps per exercise
After each round run a lap just for fun.
