Mosey to a patch of grass for weed pickers, good mornings, hillbillies, and michael phelps.
Back to the truck to pick up our bricks to be transported to the tennis courts. Must keep bricks out to the side, out in front or overhead during transport. Create a pyramid once on the tennis courts with 6 bricks as a base. Without enough PAX this morning it was going to require two trips to build our full pyramid, so back to the truck to pick up some more bricks.
Once our pyramid was complete against the back fence, YHC decided I didn’t really like it there. Let’s try it at the “service line”, but since its Merkin May let’s do 10 merkins before transporting them each time. In shuttle run fashion move them from the service line to the net and then net to far service line and then ultimately to the other fence. Merkins increase from 10 to 20 to 30…er 15 per C4’s grumbling, then back down to 10.
Still didn’t like the location of our “house” so we set off in search of a better locale. To the track we set up the pyramid at the starting post by the map first, taking 2 trips yet again to get them all moved. Before looking for the next location we mixed in 30 american hammers. On to the next still carrying the bricks either out in front, out to the side or overhead. Next quarter mile marker tried again, but with 30 crunchy frogs before setting back out. Next quarter mile marker by the lake did 30 flutter kicks. Still not happy with the location despite the nice view over the ultimate guys (who really wants to watch that out their back window all the time?), we set off up easy mountain to settle on a nice mountain view as the final location for our new “home”. Double time back to the flag to finish on time-ish.
Great group, with dogs and 2.0s, lots of grumbling and lame puns, but a ton of fun nonetheless.
Prayers for Valkyrie, guys doing the AR race, Cody going under the knife, Chewie and his seizures becoming increasingly severe. No time for announcements with C4 present, so check out C4NN for upcoming events and things of note.
