WARMUP: carry sandbags to the field then knock out some stretchy exercises
THE THANG: partner up & split into 2 groups.
Round 1:
big bag group: Partner A did 2 merkins & 2 Deadlifts then threw the bag, Partner B ran to the far bench did 10 dips & swapped with his partner. keep going until you reach the opposite goal line
small sack group: Partner A 10 curls (which was stupid & was decreased 5 at the 50 yard line) & 5 press then throw, Partner B, same as above.
Rnd 2: groups swaped bags & exercises
Rnd 3:
big Sack: A- bear crawl drag 10 yds, roll over do 10 bench press then continue. B run to the far bench & do 10 squats. continue to the other goal line
small sack: A same thing but 10 skull crushers
Rnd 4: Swap sacks
back to the flag- 2 men walk with the bags, dropping every minute to do 5 merkins. the rest run to the flag & back to swap out. this continued until time was called
