Cut those short to keep the Shorties from getting bored, and called the PAX to centerfield. Sure enough, turns out that’s only a baseball term and YHC’s football illiteracy nearly caused the PAX brains to explode.

Ninjago once suggested he wanted to grow up to be a farmer. YHC asked what he planned to grow, to which Ninjago replied: “Things like pumpkins, corn, sandwiches…” And a good dad couldn’t leave that alone… YHC had followup questions, naturally. So my question: “How do you grow sandwiches?” and Binjago’s response was as logical as could be: “Sandwiches seeds.”
