WARMUP: Five Principles, Mission. Then SSH, WP, runner stretch, Imperial Walkers.
THE THANG: Run a bit. At the lower parking lot pax got to answer Christmas and Advent trivia. Wrong answers and the had to roll the dice for exercise and count (bearcrawl crawlbears up and down the stairs multiple times was FUN). Right answers resulted in the glorious reward of running! Yay! (I think pax were deliberately feeding me wrong answers by the end….I have launched an internal affairs investigation into the allegations of conduct unbecoming.)
