Ruck
•started with mosey, warm-ups with SSH, Imperial Walkers, Copperhead-squats, weed picker, sun gods, and Michael Phelps.
•went into ruck, 0.7 miles, stopped to begin 40 alternating squats with partner, and a ring of merkins (5). Returned back to roundabout, and repeated exercises, and finished with short ruck.
Pax worked hard, sweated hard, but still all smiles at the end of the day.
