Mosey, mission, 5 principles, warmo-o-rama,
5 stations set at the bottom of the amphitheater, one at the top. six exercises include: 20HR merkins, 20 2x Flutter Kicks, 20 floor tap squat, 20 star jump, 20 Big Boi, 5 Burpees.
Complete one exercise at the bottom and run to the top. complete the exercise at the top and run to the next one at the bottom. PAX completed two rounds.
Then to the stage for Plank, Stretching, name-o-rama, COT, coffeeteria, Dismiss.
Noteworthy: Tingles made an appearance and gave the PAX a sensation like biting into a York peppermint patty! Weasley was present.
