WARMUP: Some people (not Rest Stop) preran. Mosey around the loop to the Buzz and do a recitation of the mission statement, then SSH, Weedpickers, and Alabama Prom Dates (some were one legged.)
THE THANG: Mosey to the big hill. Up the hill down the hill: Backwards up, bear crawl down, Carioca right up bear crawl down, Carioca left up crawl bear down, Apolo Ohno up bear crawl down, frog hop up bear crawl down. Each down we did increasing merkins, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25. Then mosey around the Buzz and back to the hill. This time was backwards up and backwards down with decreasing merkins at the bottom, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5. Mosey the long way back to the flag and end with Weedpickers.
