WARMUP: 100 side straddle hops, 100 sun gods, in cadence!, 100 Michael Phelps, in cadence!, 100 calf raises

THE THANG:
Instructions for the Q only:
⁃ In the middle of every new exercise the Q has to shout out a human body part
⁃ Anytime a PAX complains about the music the Q has to make everyone stop what they are doing and perform 3 burpees

Mosey to top of car rider lane near tennis courts for the Millennial. Everyone do AMRAP until first person hits 100 and everyone sprints to the end of the row and moseys back to the start for the next exercise.

E2Ks (elbows to knees aka oblique crunches)

Mosey to rock pile at front of school for colt 45 aka curls for the girls
