Olan reached out to YHC and Misty after last week’s beatdown with a “great” idea that he got from one of his Memphis buddies..Let’s come up a beatdown, but someone else lead it, not knowing what it will be until 30 seconds before the beatdown starts…heck yeah, sounds awesome. YHC was first up to Q, with Olan writing the beatdown…a Puppet Q. Not going to lie, YHC was a little nervous leading up to it, so some extra time was spent this week working on Apollo Ohnos and anything else that required “coordination”.

Fast mosey to end of bus lane
Karaoke back to bus parking lot alternating at each light

Circle up in bus lot
20 SSH
20 Apollo Ohno (OLAN SUCKS!!!)
20 forward arm circles (cadence) and without dropping arms,
20 reverse arm circles and without dropping arms
20 air press

Mosey to front of the school and line up on the east side of the front wall and do Ascending Testicles.

Mosey to coupons (rocks) in front of school. PAX picks a rock and circles up and demonstrates 20 Apolo Anton Oh No! WTF!

Drop rock and rotate to pick up rock of PAX to your left and perform the following
15 curls
15 overhead press
15 bend over rows
Drop rock, rotate left (repeat for a total of 3x)

Mosey to the end of the track and perform the following 3x
Run around the track sprinting the straights and slow mosey the turns
After 1x around doing the 10 burpees at the end

Mosey back to the main parking lot and perform B.L.I.M.P.S. We made it to the “I”, with a lap in between.

MARY: YHC led w/ some Dollies

COT: Lots of events, Lots of Prayers for Dandy, Panhandle, Yogi, FMB. YHC ended with making a point to be intentional with Family Time, something that YHC needs to be better with, especially as the kiddos get older and tax season.

Great time this morning and enjoyed the change with the Puppet Q. Olan Mills leads next week, with Misty coming up with the Beatdown. Based on the enthusiasm and evil smile that Misty had after the COT…Olan should be worried!!
