WARMUP: we ran for a bit then did some stretchy exercises followed by SSH, but flower reminded me that those are dumb so we stopped that crap
THE THANG: suicides at one spot, a bunch of step-ups and dips at another, and finished up with more exercises and running at the snack shack. oh and a bunch of pull-ups, because those are fun.
