It was a Christmas miracle!  After SacAttack bailed, it was just me in a dark parking lot at 5:28 am, so was building up the courage to do my own beatdown solo.  But then the vehicles started showing up at the last minute.  LBC and Tinder.  And then Drummy with no brake lights.  We got started on our mosey and noticed another car roll up so we doubled back for MaBell.  And by then we had a legit group.
WARMUP: Imperial Walkers, Tumble Weeds, Copperhead Squats, Merkins, Sun Gods, Michael Phelps.
THE THANG: 11s on the stairs; BBS at the top and Star Jacks at the bottom.  Bulgarian Split Squats (10), Burpees (5) – 3X.  Dips (30), LBCs (30), Flutters (30) – 3X.  Balls to the Wall, 25 Donkey Kicks – 2X.  Run down the hill, Bernie Sanders back up +100 Merkins, 200 LBCs, 200 Squats.
