@Butterfly was with us but not available to select yet.
Today’s workout was Pax Choice. Each pax decided the exercise they would lead. The only caveat was I got to determine where and how we travelled to the location to do the exercise. This created some mumble chatter.
Here is what I remember of exercises and travel types:

COT – prayers for Picollo and his family. Going through some difficult times. Nesquick’s work concern. Prayers for our nation and leaders.
Great work by all pax leading their exercises. Good practice for the newer members. Learned to only use “in cadence” command when calling a 4 count exercise. Thanks @Saluki for the teaching moment.
