YHC struggled to get to The Rock today, and Jackalope could clearly tell. But when the clock struck 0530, it was game on.
Warm-o-rama: Quick mosey down the road and circled up for a few warm up exercises.
The Thang: Each PAX acquired a coupon from behind the field and moseyed back to the parking lot.
Round 1: Line up at one end of parking lot, with coupon at the other. Bear crawl to the coupon, then complete a randomly drawn exercise for 20 reps. Mosey back to starting line. Exercises: sit up & press, merkins, overhead press, copperhead squats, deadlift to squat
Round 2: Line up at one end of parking lot, with coupon at the other. Bear crawl to the coupon, then complete a randomly drawn exercise for 15 reps. Mosey back to starting line. Exercises: triple threats, swings, American hammers, plank taps, curls
Returned the coupons to their resting place and finish with some Mary. Line up along the fence. YHC called an exercise, IC, then each PAX would complete 10 additional toes-to-fence after each exercise.
Finally, Jackalope begged and begged and begged for Monkey Humpers (maybe the action at home has slowed down), so we ended with 1 minute of Monkey Humpers. However, to YHC’s dismay, YHC looked up to see Jackalope and Slow Burn doing partner Monkey Humpers. If your curious what that looks like, see image above. At this point, YHC called time before the action got too intense.
