Partner up and get ready to be uncomfortable. We ran top to bottom down the following:
90 Big Boy Sit ups
70 Knee Slap Mountain Climbers
60 Pop Jacks
40 Star Jumps
30 Shoulder Taps
20 Squat Jumps
10 Burpees (5 each man)
The partners took turns knocking out 10 reps until they were done with the prescribed exercise. While 1 partner worked the other held balls to the walls (even 10’s) or 1 leg wall sit (odd 10’s). Once they were done with an exercise they took a short lap. We had a 3 man group that once they got to merkins each man did 2 rounds of 10 reps per exercise.
