THE THANG: tried for 5 laps around Blacktop with 2 No Surrender Merkins at each intersection. added on raccoon Crawls.step ups, calf raises, dips, deconstructed Burpees on killamalunga, and lunge walk forward and backward. 1 lap took 27 minutes and so we tried for 2 only to return for Mary halfway through
