Pax commenced promptly at 5:30 A.M., EDT, Rucked down to the Mill side of the beautiful and historic downtown Canton area, went through the backed of the Mill, made our way to the green where we ruck-off, formed a circle, and held plank with first PAX standing up, lunging around the circle, resuming plank and all PAX together did 1 merkin. Then second PAX stood up and lunged around the circle and resumed plank and all Pax together did 2 merkin…this continued until we got to 7 and then worked our way back to one. Once complete, PAX ruck-on and made long way around the main parking lot while dodging either overnight cleaners or robbers. PAX made it out alive and to the front entrance of the Mill and headed back to the gazebo. Gazelle PAX were instructed to head to the top of the hill and come back to pick up the six to get in extra hill work. Once all PAX reached the Gazebo together with 3 minutes to spare, Q instructed PAX to ruck-off and form another circle in the wet grass (and of course most complained) ending in a narrated star-gazer. Once time, PAX made way back to Gazebo for COT, 6th Man, Announcements, Prayer Requests, Ball of Man and the beloved and world famous RR Coffeeteria where we talk about most controversial topics and nobody gets their panties in a wad.
