THE THANG:
#1. Animal Parade – Pax lined up on the “old” parking lot lines in a plank. The Pax at the backend did 5 merkins then bear crawled to the front, Indian Run Style. Each back did this 3 times. In the middle of all this, Legionnaire had the brilliant question of why we were not doing this on the Nice, New, Soft Parking Lot. YHC had no answer….

#2 DORA the EXPLORER – Partner Up and do an old fashioned Dora. 75 HR merkings, 125 Leg Raises, 175 Squats & 225 BBS

#3 -11’s across the parking lots – Dips on one side and Incline Merkins on the other side….
