(My camera phone screwed up, so I may be missing a few PAX. Sue me.)
The best way to begin the year is with a Killer Rabbit, wait, no…Murder Bunny themed workout.
The BD began with a lot of complaining about the number and level of leadership involved with the Weed Pickers. After this controversy was resolved with a total wimping out by the Q, we did a pretty average warm up.
The Thang was a rip off of another BD and went like this:
We did Dora BLIMPS. We partnered up and here were the exercises:
B- Burpees (50 reps)
L- Lunges (100 reps)
I- Imperial Walkers (150 reps)
M- Merkins (200 reps)
P- Plank Jacks (250 reps)
S- Squats (300 reps)
During the travel portion, each PAX had to do the following:
- murder bunnies for the 25 yard cone
- bear crawl to the 75 yard cone
- rifle carry a coupon to the 75 yard cone
We were accompanied by U2 until the pain was too great and we switched to Everybody Hurts and Let It Go to encourage the PAX to finish strong.
After an inspiring speech from the Q about unselfish New Years Resolutions, we prayed and adjourned the proceeding with various comments about how self-centered the Q seemed to be.
