WARMUP: Moseyd around to the flag and did our warmup of 15 side straddle hops, 10 Copperhead squats, 15 Shoulder Taps, 10 Copperhead Merkins and 15 iron crucifixes. finished off with sun gods and Michael Phelps, OYO
THE THANG:
We all grabbed a coupon. with the coupon, we travelled by preforming 1 man maker and 3 murder bunnies. when we reached an island, we did 15 of an excercise. First lap was goblet squats, second lap was curls. When we got to the end of the parking spaces, we travelled back around pine island, rifle carrying the coupon.
MARY:
Hustler did a pre-mary with some American hammers. after putting up the coupons, we went in a circle choosing Mary exercises. these consisted 15 box cutters from me, 21 the mike Tyson from Tinker, 10 LBC’s from Wax-On and J-Lo’s from Boondock. Hustler also led us in some burpees.
