After a quick warm-o-rama in West Maui we did a Phillips 66 with ascending merkins at each light pole to get over to East Maui.

Once in East Maui we climbed Mt Haleakala (elev 10K ft) by running around the main school 4 laps, reversing direction each lap (due to all the switchbacks on a mountain road). Each time a PAX hit oncoming traffic (ie a PAX headed in the opposite direction) both pax dropped for 2 burpees each before continuing on.

Got back down the mountain through a secret “tunnel of love” where each PAX did 5 Monkey Humpers before dropping and crawing through.

Made it back to West Maui (the flag) right at time!

Nice morning and great mumblechatter today! Prayed for Bloodhound’s family and for each of us to acknowledge God’s love for us in all the things we can be thankful for each day.
