Intro:Wanted to make one long Warm-o-Rama, I believe I succeeded and changed up the norm some.

Warm-o-Rama:Mosey from flag counter clockwise around parking lot to large grass island.
Imperial Walkers
Mosey around parking lot cutting out last row of parking spaces, end up at same spot again.
Weed Pickers
Mosey again, cutting another row.
Copperhead Squats
Again, cutting another row.
Rocky Balboas
Again.
Sun Gods OYO, Michael Phelps OYO.
Again.
Dips on picnic tables.
At this pont, we prob have around 1.75 miles in the bank, great job guys!

The Thang:Mosey over to what I call “The Matchstick Hill”. Part of a much larger hill but the little section we’re using Matchstick tortured us with cinders in the past on maybe my second or third post to F3.

21s. At top of hill we do 21 BBS, run to bottom, 1 Bonnie Blair, top of hill 20 BBS, bottom of hill, 2 Bonnie Blairs, etc.

We got to this point after the halfway mark so the Warm-o-Rama was almost “The Thang” if judged by time but this did push us. The hills got the HR high while the BBS and the descent down the hill helped the HR recover some. Great intervals!

Naked Man Moleskin: I sometimes lean towards the Pre-Run that The Apex has been having for quite some time but today, since I was the Q, and knew my limitations, I skipped. Upon doing some AO scouting in my car I saw Exile, Maaco, and Waffle Cone getting their Pre-Run in on Towne Lake Pkwy. Had my quick-draw cowbell at the ready and serenaded them whilst passing. Maaco later shared helped motivate him. Fun times!
