25 Merkins. Take a loop around the amphitheater.
Rinse and repeat 8 times.
Route 66 on the turf field with burpees.
Circumnavigate the field by the fence. 1 burpee at the first corner, 2 at the second corner, go until you get to 11 corners. Boom- 66 burpees.
Mosey to the entrance to the softball fields by the flag for 11’s.
Burpees and Box Jumps.
All in all. 150+ burpees and 200 Merkins. Shoulder are nice and toasty.
Geek had to drop the kids off at the pool within the first 5 minutes and still finished in the front of the 200. Guess that loss in weight really helped accelerate him.
Exile- great to have him out in his short shorts. Ok, we all know that you have massive thigh muscles.
Green Mile- YHC called him out in the COT to step up and do his VQ next week at WarTowne. GM reminded me that he had already done his VQ, and YHC was there. Whoops. He still took the Q for next week!!
Village People- his first visit to WarTowne. He seemed to enjoy it. YHC played YMCA to honor him during the mosey.
DumpTruck- Came flying in late. Something about #blameMallCop and a covert operation to obtain the flag.
