LC was back at the Den and the rain was going to be a factor.  That and the lung I was trying to expel thru my throat.

Weedpickers and windmills to get the back loose

The Thang:

Out came the board.

varying exercises and laps listed.  Try and follow along.  Perform the exercise and then take the aforementioned lap.  Easy peezy

then came the rain

move under the metal structure to properly summon the lightning and modify the laps as down and backs

finish up at 615
