WARMUP: SSH, Imperial Walkers, Weed Pickers, Copperhead Squats, Sungods, Michael Phelps
1. Mosey to the bottom of Grapes of Wrath hill, picking up a coupon rock from the supply right by it. Perform 11s: Merkins (plus 5 bonus curls w/coupon) at the bottom, fence-leg-lifts at the top.
2. Perform assortment of ad-hoc exercises in cadence.
3. Return the coupon rocks, slow walk / lunge walk / bernie sanders / mosey to the roundabout
4. Space evenly around the roundabout. One PAX bear crawls around to next PAX and tags out. Remaining PAX hold plank until their turn. Rinse and repeat, changing air chair for plank.
Mosey back to flag.
