Started with a “Mini Murph”. 10 merkins on the trail behind the field, run up to pull up bars for 5 reps, run to top of hill for 15 squats. Repeat for 20 minutes.
Run over to the stands and did partner workout. Partner 1 does balls to walls while partner 2 does 10 Bulgarian split squats. Swap places and repeat 3x.
Next was 10 step ups followed by 10 dips for 4 rounds.
