THE THANG:

Q instructed that each PAX member will chose a 10 count exercise using a sandbag in cadence at each post.  There would be 50 reps at each post: 5 x 10.  Once the rotation was completed Q instructed PAX to move onto the next lamppost. Rinse and repeat until it’s time to return to flag.
