Was gifted the Q by @Colonel Mustard with 1 request…to make sure we did some Burpees. In true Air Bud fashion, we made sure we did Burpees…and lots of them.
We did an EMOM for 5 mins of 50 burpees, followed by a 10 min session of more Burpees then quick run to the stairs for a break. We then came back and ended with more Burpees.
PAX should have had somewhere between 100-150 Burpees for the day.
It was good to see everyone today and to be seen.
