Warm-o-rama going over the f3 mission and 5 core principles. I had 5 stations to go to with two exercise at each station. We all started in the end zone on the football field and did 25 SSH and 25 air presses and then jogged to station 1 on the 35 yard line and performed the two exercises and then jogged back to the end zone to do the SSH and air presses then onto station 2 and so on. Ended in a COT.
