WARMUP: Long mosey and stretches
THE THANG: On the track. 20 count PAX led exercises at each post. Start at 1/4 post #1, do exercise, run to post #2, do exercise, run back to post #1, do first exercise again, run to post #3 stopping at post #2 for 3 burpees, do exercise, run back to post #2, do same exercise as before, run to 4th post stopping at 3rd post for 3 burpees, and continue leapfrogging until all PAX call exercises and get their required burpees at each respective post. Indian run to finish it out. Misty hit his 10 mile goal with pre-run and BD.
