Leap Day comes once every four years, so let’s celebrate with some “revolutions” around the softball diamonds
Can’t remember – typical warm o rama. Quiz PAX on why we have a leap day every four years.
First Half – Revolutions. Run 4 laps on track around softball complex, performing 5 burpees at the 12 and 6 of each lap – so 40 total burpees and approximately 2 miles.
Second Half – Deck of Pain on football field. One PAX pulls card and everyone does exercise. Then all PAX run 50 yards to goal line and back after each exercise.
Total miles turned out to be 3.98, which I am told is a WT record – plus plenty of pain in between

Naked Man Moleskin:
YHC was coming off the flu and pneumonia and had been out for two weeks, so it was great to be back in the gloom with his F3 brothers. YHC meant for this to be a relatively easy “welcome back” workout – but not sure it ended up that way. YHC was pretty smoked afterward.
