Mosey, SSH’s and some WPr’s. You know… the usualls
Round 1 – 10 Merkins, 20 Squats with blocks, 30 Curls, 40 Flutter Kicks (single count), 50 Moutian Climbers (single count). Run to far end light pole in between each set. Chose different ways. Sometimes ran with the blocks, sometimes ran backwards.
In between rd1 and rd 2 went to the stairs with blocks. 3 rounds – 2 burpee’s at the bott of the stairs, murder bunnies up the stairs, rifle carry block back down.
Round 2 – 10 Mike Tyson’s on blocks, 20 leg lifts holding blocks, 30 thrusters, 40 high knees holding block, 50 sec hold block straight out in front of you (yeah that sucked. May have not thought that 1 all the way through)
End with COT.
