After Small World had to swap out on Q at 10:30 last night, I knew I had to pick it up since everyone else was too smart to be up that late on beatdown-eve.

WARMUP:
We ran around the nearest tennis court up to the gazebo. There we did:
15 SSHs
10 Copperhead Squats
7 Weedpickers
10 Copperhead Merkins
10 Shoulder Taps

THE THANG:
We ran around to the tennis court and shuffled the deck. We’d pick a card, do the exercise, then take a lap around two tennis courts. We continued this, slowly adding in how many exercises we’d do before the lap.

MARY:
We finished it off with good ole THUNDER BURPEES.

The Count shared as six-man then we named out FNG Judg Judy. We raise prayers for many people going through mental, physical, and spiritual ailments then balled it up and prayed it out.
