The morning started out with a 1.75 mile pre-ruck with Bonilla and “still 49” Short Circuit. When we were done the rest of the HIMS showed up to see two 43lb Cinder Blocks, three 40lb sandbags, one 20lb sandbag, two 10 pound weights and immediately shouted “I thought this was a ruck!”. It was a ruck but with a little pain added. Each Pax started with 20 reps of right arm lifts, left arm lifts, curls, overhead presses, and squats all with their ruck. Next we all took a quarter mile lap around the Canton Downtown square with the option of carrying a coupon of their choice. I was immediately impressed how everyone not only grabbed a coupon to challenge themselves, they all took the heavier options. True Hims. At the end of each lap we reduced the exercises by 5 reps. Lots of dick jokes at the expense of Dropbox’s mom along the way. We completed a total of 5 rounds for 1.55miles and headed to the gazebo for our COT.
