Round 1 – A mix of bear crawls, a rifle carry and Bernie Sanders with (25) CDD’s at each corner, (100) total.
Round 2 – A mix of duck walks, rifle carry and Bernie Sanders with (25) squats at each corner, (100) total.
Round 3 – A mix of high knees and a rifle carry with (25) calf raises at each corner, (100) total.
Round 4 – A mix of karaoke runs and a rifle carry, with (25) LBC’s, (25) flutter kicks, (25) hammers, (25) rocky balboa’s.
Round 5 – 100 yard suicides in 25 yard increments. Total workout was also 1.50 miles covered in distance.
