THE THANG: Today we honored the memory of all those we lost during the attacks on 9/11. We did 72 burpees for the 72 police officers lost. 343 merkins for the 343 fire fighters lost. We did 2071 squats for the 2071 stairs they had to climb to reach those in need and the fires. We then did 2977 LBC’s for the total number of lives lost that day and the days after in the towers, the planes, and multiple locations the destruction occurred. During the entire BD, 2 pax stood tall for the towers that were lost. Each holding a 40lbs sandbag over their head for increments of 1 min each and rotating thru the pax
